ProtoMetanoia is being built publicly and deliberately. Because its originator remains incarcerated, clear boundaries between ideas, creative expression, external administration, and future plans are essential.
What ProtoMetanoia Is Today
ProtoMetanoia is currently an independently developed art, education, and social-impact project in its Foundation Phase. It is not presently operating as a fully developed nonprofit, business, or educational organization. Current work is focused on organizational planning, website development, artwork creation and presentation, educational research, communication, documentation, strategic planning, relationship building, and development of long-term infrastructure. These activities emphasize preparation over expansion.

Clear Separation of Roles
Stanislav Osherov
ORIGINATOR & ARTIST
Stanislav Osherov is ProtoMetanoia's originator and an artist whose experiences, artwork, research interests, and long-term ideas helped form the project. While incarcerated, his present participation is limited to personal, creative, educational, and conceptual contributions communicated through authorized channels. He does not administer the website, hold its account credentials, manage money, negotiate transactions, communicate with customers or donors, enter agreements, or possess authority to bind ProtoMetanoia or another person or organization.
Aleksey Dyakov
EXTERNAL ADMINISTRATION
Aleksey Dyakov currently administers ProtoMetanoia externally. He controls the website accounts and technical services and makes present administrative, operational, and financial decisions. Current external implementation remains his responsibility.

What the Website Does Today
A PUBLIC RECORD OF DEVELOPMENT
During the Foundation Phase, this website is used to preserve and display artwork, explain ProtoMetanoia's developing mission and philosophy, document progress, communicate ideas concerning education and accountability, organize research, and describe future aspirations accurately as future aspirations. The website currently functions primarily as a platform for communication, transparency, credibility-building, and foundation-building.
Financial Status
NO CURRENT PROFIT OR COMPENSATION
ProtoMetanoia currently produces no profit or compensation for its originator or external developer. Before any future sale, fundraising activity, or acceptance of money begins, the website will disclose the applicable structure, the responsible external operator or entity, and the intended treatment of expenses, charitable contributions, retained funds, and other proceeds. No contribution will be represented as tax-deductible unless it is lawfully received through a qualified organization authorized to make that representation.
Correctional Boundaries
COMMUNICATION IS NOT OPERATION
ProtoMetanoia respects the authority of correctional institutions to screen resident correspondence and enforce lawful security and communication rules. Materials sent to Stanislav are intended for permitted personal, artistic, educational, and future-oriented discussion—not to provide him with control over an outside commercial operation. ProtoMetanoia does not use correctional communications to process orders, negotiate transactions, direct payments, solicit business, communicate with customers, administer social media, or manage outside operations.
Independent Project
NO GOVERNMENTAL ENDORSEMENT
References to Stanislav's incarceration, the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, or correctional facilities are provided for factual context. ProtoMetanoia is privately developed and is not sponsored, approved, managed, funded, or endorsed by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections or any governmental agency.
Accountability Matters
VICTIM RESPECT IS PART OF THE PHILOSOPHY
ProtoMetanoia does not treat rehabilitation as an alternative to accountability. Crime produces victims. Supporting existing victims acknowledges past harm, while reducing future crime serves future victims. ProtoMetanoia does not ask visitors to assume rehabilitation, forgiveness, or trust. Trust must be earned through honesty, consistency, accountability, and constructive action over time. Victim support remains permanently integrated into ProtoMetanoia's long-term philosophy.
Present vs. Future
AMBITION DOES NOT EQUAL CURRENT CAPACITY
ProtoMetanoia has long-term aspirations involving educational access, victim-focused charitable support, workforce opportunity, artwork, and other forms of constructive contribution. Those goals describe where the project may go—not services ProtoMetanoia currently provides. Future entities, sales, donation programs, employment relationships, or other expansions will require their own lawful structure and appropriate external administration before being represented as active ProtoMetanoia operations.
If our status changes, this page will change with it.
ProtoMetanoia's operating reality will evolve. Material changes involving organizational status, administration, financial activity, fundraising, programs, or Stanislav's participation will be reflected on this website as they occur. Transparency is not a one-time statement. It is an ongoing obligation to describe the project as it actually exists.
